Impact with Willis Johnson is a 30-minute feature, news and entertainment program that highlights the significant “impact”, contribution and involvement of African American’s in today’s global marketplace. Produced by Brown & Johnson Productions since 1995, the show will relaunch in 2024 with a new format and episodes in HD! Impact's programming is unique and focuses on issues pertinent to African Americans now absent from national television.

Billed as the "male Oprah", Willis, Impact's host and co-executive producer, is a media star! In addition to television, he was host of his popular morning radio show on KKDA-AM Radio (Dallas). His interviewing style is laid back and not confrontational.

The program content is tested, compelling and has "crossover"appeal. The core demo is 18-54 and the program debuted with a 5.3 Nielsen rating and consistently won its time slot.

Impact aired in over 50 markets and on major network television outlets, cable, PBS and the Armed Forces Network through a syndication deal with BET/Baruch Entertainment. The flagship stations included Los Angeles-KCAL (CBS); Dallas-WFAA (ABC); Washington-WJLA (ABC)

Impact's programming is second to none! We have a history with celebrities and news makers who want to appear on the show. Impact has over 50 "evergreen" episodes and a series of 26 new programs will be produced in HD with state-of-the art graphics and integrated with social media platforms. A new web portal and app will keep viewers engaged and part of the conversation.
